Went to the brea mall into hollister, did not feel good energy with any of the employees, most employees did not have a great welcoming attitude towards my experience shopping.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Hollister Brea. I was returning a sweater from a friend. I talked to the staff and clearly stated that I wanted to get the money back on my credit card. The staff ignored my request and returned the credit back to my friend. We spoke to the manager after we waited for 30 minutes. She was not helpful in correcting the store's mistake and told us to ask them for the money for the credit, which is very inappropriate.
