I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Hollister Brea. I was returning a sweater from a friend. I talked to the staff and clearly stated that I wanted to get the money back on my credit card. The staff ignored my request and returned the credit back to my friend. We spoke to the manager after we waited for 30 minutes. She was not helpful in correcting the store's mistake and told us to ask them for the money for the credit, which is very inappropriate. quality is not match their price. not worth it. a lot of other options better.
I left my drink for a few minutes and an employee threw it away. I was told it was store policy to throw away any drinks but I was not informed and it was not clear or written anywhere in store.
