They use Lasership to deliver their clothes. They tried to deliver my order at midnight. I still haven't received it days later. Lasership is the worst delivery company.
I’m just curious if “Hollister Co.” supports the views and language used by their recently hired employee? I’m not surprised it exists, I’m surprised it’s overlooked. Racist garbage of the day.
came to pick up an item at 8:42 did curb size check in no one came. did another check in at 8:53 no one came.. called at 8:59 the young girl said they would be out.. no one came. called again at 9:15 said some came out and no one was there I literally did not leave the car and was parked at 14 by the door. they were too lazy to bring it the item. contemplating on not purchasing from them. horrible customer service and won't bring it your items to curbside.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while. A retail store tan by a bunch of kids with no work ethic, responsibility, or initiative to do the right thing. I understand that the customer is NOT always right but when they’re right, and nknow what they’re talking about and doing math better than you, THEYRE RIGHT! Everyone was super friendly, attentive and really did their best to turn our complete disaster around! You don’t find customer service like what I got today very often anymore!!
