The worst store and GM I ever seen. I stop by last Monday and there were lots of customers. Somehow when I check out, computer went down and they told me I have to pay it again that I still don't get it. Anyhow, GM ((name is Kiki Salazar) came out and she is like 'no option, you have to pay it' like attitude. Do they have too many customers? It is like she seems too tired to deal with this kind. Pathetic service! I brought in a pair of jeans with one leg longer than the other. They wouldn't do an even exchange bc I didn't have a receipt. Their label is in the jeans. There's no mistaking that they are Hollister jeans. The guy that tried to give me a $25 credit and charge me another $25 for the face value of the defective jeans. Absurd and oh such bad customer service!! I will no longer buy my two teenage daughters clothing their, nor will I recommend that their friends and family buy them clothes and gift cards for H... read more
