I was there yesterday and I had the worst customer service I‘ve ever had, specially the manager, she is rude, unkind and more. I was looking through the store and sometime she was behind me grabbing stuff not even said excuse me, I felt like she didn’t want to be there like I was on her way. I don’t know but I think she be different being a manager. Really bad experience, I love hollister clothes and I ‘ve been buying from this company for years but I won’t ever come back to that store.
