DO NOT SHOP AT THE NORTH POINT MALL IN ATLANTA. I called the store beforehand to inquire about the Fierce Intense cologne, and they said they had them in stock. I made the 2 hour- one way trek to get this cologne only to find out they didn't carry it at all in the store! They only had the basic Fierce colognes. Not only this, but the staff didn't seem knowledgable about their products at all. What a waste of a 4 hour roundtrip drive, costing me my time and gas money.
I was there yesterday 7/2/2015 and I heard a song that I really liked! Do you guys have a certain playlist you guys go by?! It was around noon-2pm. It was up beat, girl singing, she kept saying "I know I know when there's no where left to hide I know when there's something worth to find ..... You know you know I'm treading water..." Something like that. Please help!
Hollister not only delivered the wrong item for my son but when he returned it at the store at Meadows Mall they never sent another one or refunded any money. It's been three months and the blames between the store mgr and Customer Service go back and forth. It was only aprox $20 and for this money Hollister Co. has totally ignored us. Shame on you #HollisterCo @HollisterCo.
