Pathetic service! I brought in a pair of jeans with one leg longer than the other. They wouldn't do an even exchange bc I didn't have a receipt. Their label is in the jeans. There's no mistaking that they are Hollister jeans. The guy that tried to give me a $25 credit and charge me another $25 for the face value of the defective jeans. Absurd and oh such bad customer service!! I will no longer buy my two teenage daughters clothing their, nor will I recommend that their friends and family buy them clothes and gift cards for H... read more
