The clothes are great, but the pickup time was horrible. I had a pickup order and went in line to pick up. They had two lines and I was in the 2nd one. I waited about 10 minutes just for them to say this line isn't open. I then had to move to the other line and waited 20 minutes just for them to announce that the 2nd line is open. Mind you, the floor has markings for two lines so it wasn't just a matter of me standing at the wrong place.
