I had a really great experience at Hollister thanks to one of the associates (during the busy Christmas season). He was a young gentleman with curly dark hair, and he was incredibly patient and kind throughout my visit. He did an amazing job multitasking without losing his calm or friendliness, even when someone interrupted him while he was assisting me. His kind-hearted attitude truly stood out and made my shopping experience much more enjoyable. I just wish I had gotten his name so he could be properly recognized!
I went to get the T-shirt price match that my daughter bought last week. I think the employee named another woman who called her manager Nia. We were trying to exercise our rights, and it felt like we were begging. She acted as if she didn't care how we felt. I was going to buy another outfit, but I just came because I was unpleasant. I will contact the head office or the president where we can contact them and take action. These employees should be trained or given some kind of assistance.
