Bought some jeans and need to return some of them. I tried to return instore, but because we paid via PayPal, the store would not refund us. They insisted we open a dispute in PayPal first. So I have opened a dispute in PayPal and now the claim has been declined. Please let me how to receive a refund on the items that do not fit. Thank you.

Horrible customer service at the altamonte mall store... Staff and management alike need training in communicating with customers...literally walked out
My son really likes this store and you can find really good sales at times. I wish the boys sizes were smaller in store. Occasionally you will find an extra small but not too often. There is no cell service inside so you have to walk outside to pull up your online coupons.
