Yesterday, my daughter and I went shopping at Hollister before a movie. The store consistently has issues with size availability, my daughter is a Small, and it’s always difficult to find her size. She spent about an hour searching for items that fit. Since I needed to get to the movie, she stayed to finish shopping. When the store was closing at 8 p.m., she was told her items could be held until today. However, when I called, nothing was held, and the items were gone.
