I spent a lot of time at this Hollister choosing my clothes, but many employees came to help me, and I received good service. The cashier was very friendly. I recommend this Hollister for everything, the clothes, the size of the store, and the welcoming employees! Also, the clothes are so beautiful, I love the style so much! 👌🏼
I have never felt so uncomfortable like I did when I went to the Hollister store in Aventura Mall. The incompetent register person left the alarm tag on a pair of jeans that I bought my daughter back in January 4th. I went in to get the alarm removed and they made me feel like I stole the jeans. They would not help me remove it and made me leave the jeans in the store because I was told that I couldn’t walk out with them. This company made me feel horrendous and took my jeans from me. I usually enjoy shopping at this store, but my recent experience in the fitting room was disappointing. The attendant was noticeably rude and dismissive, which made an otherwise simple interaction uncomfortable. Customer service is an important part of the shopping experience, and I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are treated in the future
