Everytime we come in this store the line is always long, with only one person running register. And multiple people working the floor. Used to like shopping here but not if I can't be checked out in a reasonable time. Hopefully you guys get this figured out.

Bought 4 body spray on a day they were having issues with cc machine. Costed me $190!!! Now have to jump through hoops to get back our money. Now twice being adv by store Mgr to come in for refund then to drive all the way up there for refund, to be told we have to email customer service and it could take 6-10 days (if it even happens then) what a JOKE! Do not tell a customer they are getting a refund if they arent!
