bI had an incredibly upsetting experience at this Hollister location today, 04/18. My visit started with a group of girls taking up fitting rooms specifically to film TikToks, making it difficult for actual customers to use the space. The lack of professionalism continued at the checkout. I ended up behind that same group in line, and as soon as the cashier finished with them, he simply walked away. What ever grumpy young lady working there this evening needs to be reassigned to a non customer facing role. Wont return.
Just like most of the other stores in the mall, this one will undoubtable go out of business. Either Hollister trains thier managers and employees to be condescending, or they are that way all on thier own. Is there any doubt why the model is failing against online shopping? The whole reason people shop in person is for the human touch, and this store wasted that opportunity.
