Terrible customer service!!!! Would not let us exchange or store credit. Absolutely crap. Zero understanding. Made NOT A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! I will tell everyone I know!!! Terrible exchange policy people. You do not want your kids to get gifts from there. You will not be able to return or exchange. They do not care about their customers at all!!!! Poor form Holister
