Purchased a gift card here recently. Had a pleasant exchange with the young lady who processed my card. And I must say that I love the mellow and subdued lighting in this store!
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Go to the store or shop SOME PLACE ELSE. First of all, this review is for the online order, not exactly this Old Orchard location, but it will apply a bit to the Old Orchard location as well. I placed an online pickup order on 12/31 as I needed a last-minute gift, so I specifically chose this location.
