I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Hollister location. I briefly sat down on an empty table/bench because I was dealing with a side effect from my medication and needed a moment. A worker came over and told me to get up in a very rude way, without asking if I was okay, and then rushed off before I could even explain. I understand store policies, but basic kindness and consideration go a long way. The interaction felt unnecessary and dismissive, and it definitely left a bad impression.
Waited 45 mins at counter while waiting for manager to ring us up his excuse was “Yapping”
