I had such a great experience at Hollister thanks to the sweet associate Daria! I’ve been to many Hollister locations before and they’re usually very busy, but her patience and kindness was a breath of fresh air. She helped me with the fitting room twice without seeming annoyed or rushing me, even with a long line and lots of people in the store. When I checked out, she took the time to help me patiently, and she helped me redeem my rewards even though I didn’t even know I had any. She was genuinely so friendly and helpful!
Honestly I wouldn’t even give them a 1 but 0 isn’t an option. The store is full of rude employees who stand around instead helping customers and a manager with a major attitude problem! I went to return a pair of jeans bought online since according to their website they offer free exchanges or refunds in the store within a 30 day period, as opposed to mailing the item and paying a restocking fee. Bought a shirt here Saturday and they didn’t give me my receipt due to the printer messing up, fitting rooms were closed so I went home and tried it on, did not like it. Well I go back less than two days later and they can’t find my purchase, the girl at the register said “ if you don’t want the shirt you can donate it?” This 40 dollar shirt I had just bought, absolutely not.
