We went to the Franklin Park Toledo Ohio store and had awful customer service. We needed the size on the mannequin to complete an outfit. When we asked the store associate we were told they are “never allowed to remove the mannequin’s items.” I found this odd as we have actually had an item removed from a mannequin in the past. Absolutely awful service! If I could give 0 stars I would! We came in specifically for an outfit, the top needed to be taken off the manikin which they have done for my family and others many times. When we asked the lady to take it off she told us she couldn’t due to “policy”. We asked for a manager to confirm and another employee acted as the manager and agreed with her coworker. I love the clothes they have really changed sense I was even just in middle school! Clothes are comfortable and affordable!
Emily was the best cashier , unfortunately we are very disappointed in the manager that would not do an even exchange because with the jeanwash was not the same. Long story short the zipper broke on a pair of jeans I Bought online last week on sale. Maybe big corporations should consider customer over an 8 dollar difference and make decisions accordingly.
