Shopping for spring apparel with my teenage daughter this evening and we had a phenomenal shopping experience! The store was clean, well organized and we scored a great deal. I remember Hollister being a popular store in high school for my classmates and the smell of their fragrances when you pass by the entrance of the store. My daughter enjoyed shopping here and the customer service and prices were excellent.
Hi! This location has great potential, but the customer service needs improvement. I recently came in to purchase some jeans and socks, and as I was leaving, the security sensors went off. I assumed there might be a sensor left in one of my items. A friendly employee approached to assist, but suddenly another employee named Mimi rushed over, snatched the bag from my hands, and attempted to look inside, telling me to move aside.
