One of the managers here is so rude. She is an African American woman with shorter hair. She had such an attitude and made me so uncomfortable. She was aggressive and condescending.
I got a Christmas gift from my nephew but it was small so I wanted to get at least get a store credit since my nephew lost the receipt and the Manager refused to give me at least store credit which it was wired to me because I have done exchange things before without a receipt and the have given me store credit, I also asked for her name and she said she don't give her name, which is wired if she is the " manajer" she is there to solve problems also the wired part of her refusing to give her name.
Absolutely amazing. Staff member were nice, the store have style!
The customer service at this hollister is 10/10!!! I walked in to just browse and the girls in there were the absolute sweetest!!! This trip genuinely made my day 🫶
Shopping for spring apparel with my teenage daughter this evening and we had a phenomenal shopping experience! The store was clean, well organized and we scored a great deal. I remember Hollister being a popular store in high school for my classmates and the smell of their fragrances when you pass by the entrance of the store. My daughter enjoyed shopping here and the customer service and prices were excellent.
