Took 2 steps in here and was immediately followed around the entire time. Like everytime I went to a new section, so did the employee following me. Staring at me the entire time while I tried to look. It would be different if they at least said something but no interaction either. No greeting, no "you need any help?", nothing. I didn't even have any bags with me or anything.

I typically don’t write reviews for big chain stores, I usually stick to local businesses where my feedback feels more impactful, but after my experience today at the Hollister in Chesterfield Mall, I feel the need to share. First, the positives: the selection was great, there were lots of sales going on, and they had plenty of staff working the floor on organization and bringing out new stock. The merchandise is good, but the employees are somewhat rude. I picked out a pair of pants and an employee was rude about having to pull out some folded pants since they were packed too tightly together and then made a face once I told her my pants size I was looking for.
