Whoever the manager or whoever is working right now at this store needs to be fired. I called to ask a question and the moment I even started she hung up on me. And then when I call back she keeps hanging up for no reason and then she calls me back to tell me she hung up one me? Who does that get a more professional workers please
This is the worst location for Hollister. I strongly recommend going to the Castle Rock store or shopping online. The associates at Park Meadows don’t seem to be able to give you the time of day. I have had A couple of interactions with at least three or four store associates and none of them went well. They were very unhelpful and made me feel like a pain rather than a paying customer. I tried to exchange clothes for a smaller size, I brought the receipt but turns out they have a smallest paper on the wall saying you can’t return something without the tag on the clothes not even if you have the clothes and the tags apart you can’t return it, and didn’t even want a refund just to exchange the size because somehow their medium fit me like an extra large, when I asked why the worker said, that’s just the policy, I asked why it was that way and she said she didn’t even know, how are you going to work in a stor... read more
