I had a very disappointing experience at Hollister in the mall today. The two associates working were extremely unprofessional. While we were trying to ask about a price match, they were whispering to each other and laughing under their breath, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Went to this store this morning at 11:38am. Wasn’t sure if they were open because it looked empty and dark. My husband walked ahead of me and when he saw an employee asked if they were open. She yelled at us “no!” I said, “you probably shouldn’t have the door open if you’re not open.” She proceeded to continue to yell at us and we walked out the door. We specifically drove to this mall because our daughter wanted to go here. Guess they don’t want business…
Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von Hollister. Alles wofür die Marke Hollister steht ist weg. Das "why" ist verloren . Was haben Würfel, Autorennen und Fussball Merch Ware noch damit zu tun??
