I bought 3 tank tops and I didn’t try them on because they were in my normal size, but when I got home I realized they were actually too small. I signed up for the advertisements or whatever for $10 off at checkout but when I went to exchange the tanks just a few hours after I bought them they made me pay the $10 because supposedly the discount didn’t exist anymore even though it was literally just an exchange. Actually stupid as if the clothes aren’t overpriced enough.
I just went in to exchange a pair of lounge pants that was past the return by date. I told them I knew it was over the return by date by a week and a half but asked if I could exchange for the right size. They scanned my receipt told me the computer said no and wouldn’t my let me even exchange them even thought they still had them in stock. No customer service and were like your just out of luck.
Kid at the register doesn’t know his math . My total was 53.76 gave him a $100 bill and .76 if he would have put the right amount I gave him into the register it would’ve done the math for him.. He gave me $46.00 in change back, he shorted me a $1
Stopped in here. Hadn’t been in a while. The store and merchandise was fine but not one employee said hello, greeted me, or tried to help me. A few looked me in the eye and kept on walking. Three of the girls were on their phones. I probably would have made a purchase but the customer service is awful. Please work on this, Hollister! You used to be a great store!
Seems Hollister is trying to shame men over 36 waist by having nothing in stock. Wake up and get more sizes in store. Given the obesity rate in NM you are very out of touch with customers here.
