Asked an employee for a smaller size, she went to the back, I waited 40 minutes, she never came back,this store barely has smaller sizes and not enough clothes on the girl size
So i called the store for an item thats no longer being sold online and Isaiah was determined to help me find it in store. Although they dont carry long sizes in store he took the time to check the returned items to possibly see if i was lucky. Although i wasnt i was lucky to get him and its hard to come by someone Who is nice and takes their job seriously I really do appreciate him. Nice selection, like to see the formula one gear, my daughter loved the apparel we visit frequently, quality outlast the changing styles for her... I did wait a few minutes in line but a second cashier quickly stepped up and got us in and out in a timely manner.
Tried to purchase a tee shirt. Short staffed. Cashier couldn’t process payment with cash. Sad when younger generation can’t figure out America currency. Don’t waste your time shopping hollister at pheasant lane mall. You’ll just encounter a bad experience as I did. Last time I’ll ever support hollister again.
