I was double charged for a pair of pants at the Hollister in rockingham, but I went to pheasant lane to resolve it because it was closer and the manager Genesis provided such good customer service for the situation and resolving the issue.

Asked an employee for a smaller size, she went to the back, I waited 40 minutes, she never came back,this store barely has smaller sizes and not enough clothes on the girl size
So i called the store for an item thats no longer being sold online and Isaiah was determined to help me find it in store. Although they dont carry long sizes in store he took the time to check the returned items to possibly see if i was lucky. Although i wasnt i was lucky to get him and its hard to come by someone Who is nice and takes their job seriously I really do appreciate him.
