this place actually got my to start wearing jeans. I never thought that day would come.
I ordered a boxy hoodie from Hollister’s website, and this experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first hoodie arrived damaged, so I had to ship it back to the facility. I then waited five days for it to be received, followed by another three to four days for the replacement to arrive in store. Walking into Hollister this time was like stepping back in a time machine. I'm 33, and I know fashion is cyclical. But everything they had could have been pulled directly from my teenage years. I don't know if I should love it or hate it. As is typical for a Hollister, the employees are pretty checked-out and didn't seem to care. Fair enough. Especially the clearance, you can find some pretty great deals. But otherwise the selection is hit or miss.
This place is not enough aura, I walked in and no personal servant? like what? I’m very disrespected by this place.
