We had “lean” brisket and pulled pork…. No real smoke ring on the brisket. Tasted more like a Chuck Roast honestly and the pulled pork was very salty. Elote and Tater salad for the sides…. Just mediocre IMHO… no pickles or onions provided or offered. Will probably skip Hollis the next time.

I just had Hollis BBQ cater my graduation party and the food was absolutely delicious. We had brisket and pulled pork with beans, cowboy corn and smoked mac and cheese. Everyone raved about the food. I usually consider beans the meh side for bbq but my mom called them the best beans she'd ever had. The crew was friendly and punctual. All in all perfect experience.
Mouth watering BBQ! They have some of the best BBQ in Texas! Great meats, awesome sides, amazing service! Anyone who has the chance should give them a try. They even do catering, if you have a big event or wedding that you want some amazing food for your guests.
I stood at the food truck for over 5 minutes and no ones acknowledged me or offered to take my order, so I left. I guess selling food isn’t a priority to them.
