Scheduled an appointment with the office for a showing. Drive all the way from Altus. Was 10 minutes early, waited until 10 minutes after the appointment time. Never heard from anyone. It's been days and I still haven't heard a peep! That's a red flag. Clearly maintenance wasn't keeping up, grass was overgrown, hedges were turning into trees, there was old cut grass and dirt plastered all over the AC units, which is bad for them.
