I have been using this pharmacy for over 15 years. The owner and staff are very professional and helpful. Better than any CVS or Walgreens in my opinion; no long lines and no chaos. I live in Brooklyn now and still use Hollis Drugs as my go to Pharmacy.
This is by far the best pharmacy in Queens Village. The pharmacist John actually cares about his customers as well having a very professional and attentive staff. Walgreens and CVS should take note that bigger is not always better and customer service still reigns supreme.
Best Pharmacy ever, great deal on everything, the staff are amazing very respectful and helpful as well ! I’ve been their customer for 13 years now ! Highly recommend this pharmacy .

Poor communication. My doctor faxe over prescriptions I call to see if the prescriptions are ready for pickup and once I pick them up Im missing a medication(not always but to many times at this point.2x for the month of DECEMBER) I call like hey did u forget again to put it in the bag sometimes it's that nobody has time to be going back and forth.
