These folks are difficult at best. On top of that they push unnecessary coverages
Hollis and Burns has been my insurance agent for years. One of the many things I love about them is you are not treated like just another policy holder, or number. I really don't mean to sound cliche here, but you are treated like a friend. They build a strong relationship with their clients and they respond to all requests just like a friend would. There is definitely a huge benefit, in my eyes, to having a home town business as your insurance agent.
