We HIGHLY recommend Emma! Both my husband and I get our hair cut with Emma. She is the ultimate professional and to top it off, she is easy to talk to and makes your time in her chair positively a great experience. Emma always starts your haircut with a review of what you did last time, how did it work for you, are there changes you want and make sure you are in agreement and then moves forward with doing an amazing job on your hair. I used to get Kelsey to do my hair. It was always beautiful. I passed out her business cards. I tip ridiculous. I’ve been in the service industry for almost 30 years. One day I tried to book an appointment with her and she didn’t answer. I tried several times. I don’t know what happened but evidently I was fired as a client. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me why. About a month later another stylist contacted me. No sorry no thank you.
