I feel very safe with their excellent Covid safety awareness. I spend very little time waiting. The staff is efficient and polite and, most importantly, all of my questions are answered. The personal text/call after-visit contact is great.
Dr Hollingshead is an amazing surgeon and the entire staff was so friendly and professional. I had some minor complications after surgery with inflammation in my eyes and they were so proactive and attentive about my follow up care, giving me peace of mind through the process. It’s so nice to be able to read and work without corrective lenses after my LASIK procedure. Would definitely recommend Hollingshead eye center to anyone looking to have this done.
My visit was outstanding (scheduling the appointment was a little frustrating, however) I felt like I had a very thorough exam. Everything was explained to me as they did it. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt safe during the appointment because of the precautions they were taking! Dr Hollingshead did my cataract surgery 16 years ago and he was amazing! I definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Ryan Barrett and staff provide EXCELLENT customer service. They educate, listen well, and are patient centered. Dr. Barrett is confident, highly competent and cautious as well. A "One size doesn't fit all" kind of approach should be his motto. I felt I got individualized, personalized attention. I was always invited to ask questions and be an active player in my eye-care decisions. 5 STARS. GOOD JOB HOLLINGSHEAD👍
Everyone was super kind. However, one person did not tell me her name as we went back I asked her.. This is super important to me. Dr. Barrett was the best.He alleviated my concern about cataract surgery as i only have vision in one eye. He answered all my questions and treated me with dignity and respect. Even though I have not actually had my surgeries, I am looking forward to having them as I believe I will be in the best of hands and be able to see better, too!!
