It was horrible experience. I got appointment after 4 months and on the date of appointment they called and simply said they are having water issues so they have to cancel my appointment. No future bookings no follow-ups nothing.
I would like to share my experience following my root canal treatment yesterday. First, I found the reception staff to be unfriendly. As a French speaker who also speaks English, I felt uncomfortable and out of place, almost as if I were being treated differently. Regarding the endodontist who performed the procedure, I experienced several issues that I consider unacceptable.
