This used to be a lovely practice pre covid. It is now a terrible practice to try to get an appointment. If you are not connected immediately, you have no chance of getting through. I called the telephone line 118 times from 8 am before I got a line through to reception. You then have to explain your illness to the receptionist who decides whether you see a Dr, paramedic, or nurse. Always pleasant staff on the phone and my doctor has been so kind and helpful, 5 stars all day.
Terrible to get an appointment practice manager is biased due to separating from my ex I was removed from the surgery with the excuse I do not live there when I been and shown Identification and my rental agreement forced out complained and nothing was done only to be told oh we need the space to allow people in the new build homes to join the surgery not bothered about the existing patients absolutely disgusting! Pleased with all services. Staff at reception are always kind and so are all the Doctors, ANPs and midwives.
Almost impossible to get an appointment. Rarely with a doctor even when you do get through. Some staff are nice, helpful people. Some are rude, obstructive. The population of this area is shooting up rapidly, but the surgery seems unable or unwilling to expand. Edit: 102 calls I made this morning and unable to get through. When I finally did 3 times after 90 calls got a response saying this perso s phone is unavailable. Ridiculous. Unavable to book online as fault on website.
