Poor health care, poor administrative staff, Poor activities for residents, very poor exercise for residents

It would be nice if people would answer the phone rather than sitting around gossiping. My family and I have phoned over and over again and no answer. We've also been in and a lot of times there are 4/5 employees sitting and standing around behind the desk talking about unrelated from work talk and the phone was ringing and they ignored it. There are a handful of AWESOME folks but unfortunately the others are the ones that give this institution a bad name.
They care about the residents. Great staff and nurses.
My dad is receiving excellent care but the constant theft of his clothing is unacceptable! We have complained multiple times but the administration doesn't seem to care. All we get are lame excuses and no action.
