Root Jewelers did a fantastic job resizing our ring and setting new diamonds; the ring looks perfect.

The best service ever! My husband and I have gotten many pieces from Root including all of our wedding jewelry. The Root staff was incredibly helpful and friendly all along the way. Matthew and Britni even helped my husband design my custom engagement ring! Definitely customers for life!
Almost ruined a family heirloom when they said they could match the engraving style. Failed so bad and luckily I moved to a place I was able to get back with company that made the bracelet to fix their engraving. Wouldn’t recommend even though they changed their names.
I definitely recommend you go elsewhere or else you will get taken advantage of, I brought in a gold cap to sell them and they only offered me one third of what it was worth at the pawn shop, they offered me $40, then I took it to a pawn shop and got $120!!!
