I only gave a one because I had to rate it to write a review. I would never recommend them. My furnace went out on a Friday night in the smack dab middle of winter. Maintenance got a hold of them on Saturday morning, they were out of town, said they would be out on Sunday, never heard from them or seen them. Tried calling and texting all day on Sunday with no response. You definitely lost my business.
I called and scheduled an appointment to have my Dad’s central air unit looked at. Amazing people to work with, schedule, and prices. I would recommend anyone to Holliday HVAC going forward! Thank you!!!
We called on one of the hottest days of the year trying to get help for the AC system I neglected (good paraphrase for Sabine’s observations). Holliday got a new capacitor and switcher in and checked a few other things. Within a few hours of my 1st call, we have cold AC again! Thank you guys!!
I called them early morning because my mom's furnace wasn't working. They changed their schedule a bit to fit her in because she is elderly. They were fast and their customer service was great.
