Buyer beware. I bought 2 doors and a window, spent close to $4k. Both sliding doors have to be "finessed" to close & lock every time they are opened. The window that I was told was thicker because it was a replacement window was installed so the weep hole was positioned over the wall cavity.. not out draining over the roof. Water can carve through mountains so it blew my mind that the owner thought it was just fine. Just had our 14 original, metal windows from 1982 replaced by Mike and crew from HHI. Combination of casement and single hung Provia Aspect. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason was responsive and easy to work with from the beginning. He was happy and willing to answer all of our questions, as was the crew during installation. Not really in Charleston just a mailbox, offices are in Bluffton SC. Sales person was great did a great job explaining their product and services. But when I informed them I was going with another company then the bullying and negative comments came out from the owner. This really made me glad I went with the other company.
