This provider was perfectly nice and helpful. However, stay away from his place of work - Golden Common Spirit Urgent Care. This facility had such shocking hidden fees I thought truly it was some kind of internet scam. But no, for Dr Holley's services - I pee'd in a cup to check for a UTI and he wrote me a prescription - I was charged $990 to which insurance could not be applied - OUTRAGEOUS!...in addition to a $550 facilities fee.
