My auto insurance premium increased by about 48 percent over the prior year. I contacted the agent and she and I worked together to come up with a reduced premium that was satisfactory to me and met my insurance needs.
I called to make several changes to my home owners policy. The agent was very patient and helpfull and she was able to do everything I asked in a very short time.
If you like technology Holley Insurance is for you!!! I had an issue come up over the weekend so I sent a text relating my concerns so I wouldn’t forget (68 yrs young). and before I was up and having coffee on Monday I oatext back that everything was taken care of and to call with any further requests!!! WOW never had to make a phone call.. that’s old school service using modern technology!!! Thank you all. 👍😁
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Holley Insurance for quite a few years now and I’ve always been very thankful of the service. I’ve gotten everyone as patient or everyone I’ve dealt with especially Christine and Robin when I call and say I have to be very frugal now because I’m only on Social Security they do their best to find me the wonderful deals. They’re always patient and compassionate so if you need a good insurance company head on over to Holley, you won’t be disappointed. God bless you all.
