I had a very disappointing experience at the front desk today. The receptionist spoke to me in a rude, dismissive tone and showed no compassion when I asked for an appointment. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, I was told there was “nothing available” without any effort to check options, cancellations, or a waitlist.
