Our experience as a neighbor who is not happy. They excavated for a garage next door, while my MIL, the 91 year old homeowner had no clue. My husband, her son had to come home from work to be sure they had property marked off right as my name is not on the deed, not legally my call, as I explained to the guy who came to speak to us.
