I went to Dr. Hollenbeck for years, and she was a fantastic dentist with great customer service. A few incidents occurred where my personal information was shared with unauthorized individuals. I let it go a few times, but when I called the office yesterday to request for this not happen anymore, her response was hostile, defensive, and she hung up on me. Dr. Hollenbeck and her ENTIRE STAFF are the kindest, most empathetic and concerned for their patients mental and physical well being. They work with their clients to insure their dentist needs are met and will help in any way they can.
I went to Dr. Hollenbeck for years. She was fine for a basic dental cleaning but couldn't do some of the bonding & repair work. I needed to use another dentist for anything other than basic cleaning. Customers service is also poor. They lack communication & then complain when you don't know if there are changes (like when they stopped taking my insurance and didn't tell me until they started sending me bills directly).
