I went to Dr. Hollenbeck for years. She was fine for a basic dental cleaning but couldn't do some of the bonding & repair work. I needed to use another dentist for anything other than basic cleaning. Customers service is also poor. They lack communication & then complain when you don't know if there are changes (like when they stopped taking my insurance and didn't tell me until they started sending me bills directly). Five stars, all around, for Dr Hollenbeck and her team! They're friendly and caring, and I walk out happy about the visit instead of just relieved that the stress is over.
I have been a patient for years and would never consider finding a different dentist. Dr Hollenbeck and her staff are professional, courteous, honest, caring and simply the best experience I've ever had with a medical office. I give them my highest recommendation!

Dr. Hollenbeck is wonderful! I've been coming to her for several years. She is always objective in her evaluations. Dentists can be "sales people" too. I never felt that from Dr. Hollenbeck. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Hollenbeck expresses a genuine concern for you as a patient.
