I have been a Hollard client for a few years now, and my recent claims experience has been extremely disappointing. My car was off the road and at the panelbeater for almost a month because the assessor appointed by Hollard did not finalise the job properly. I signed your settlement offer 30 days ago. After 30 days of no payment i followed up .. My payment request has not even been submittd by Caronise yet as per my call with your office. I have complained about her to her manager Jana during this process as she delays everything. Jana is just as slow. I want my money to repair my car it was due today.
