I am throughly disgusted with Hollard at the moment. They have done me in with thousands of rands and have quiet happily done me with a few more if I did not phone today to enquire about my policy. All the consultant could say was sorry but that is just the facts.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with Hollard following a motor vehicle accident on 8 April 2026. After being rear-ended by a driver insured through Hollard, I submitted all requested documentation promptly and ensured that every requirement was met. There were no outstanding documents, no missing information, and no delays from my side. Today is 1 June 2026, nearly two months later, and I am still without resolution.
