I placed an order for a 2 pk. of Beauty Rest pillows on Thursday, June 30th,2022 , I patiently waited for 17 days before checking the status of my order, after logging in to my account I found out it was still in the 'processing order' status. I placed 2 orders and I only received a confirmation email for 1... where is the other email? Also they charged me but yet they cancelled my order soon after sending me 1 confirmation email. It's not making sense, either refund me or send me the product. I will NOT be ordering from this place again!
This company is a scam. I had the same experience as others- ordered pillows on July 1 and haven't received them and its now Aug 22.
Ordered from this company 6/30/22 and never received the products. Contacted them 3x in 2 months with no response. Filed a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. This business is a scam.
