I would not recommend ordering anything from Hollander sleep products. You’ll be lucky if they cover the warranty once the product failed almost immediately after using it they sent replacements, and apparently after getting the replacements, those are no longer covered by warranty, which is not what I was told when I receive them I told those would be covered just as good as the other ones had covered, and I believe there was some kind of shipping fee warranty fee that you also have to pay. BUYER BE AWARE!!! This company displays very poor Business Ethics! I placed an order for a 2 pk. of Beauty Rest pillows on Thursday, June 30th,2022 , I patiently waited for 17 days before checking the status of my order, after logging in to my account I found out it was still in the 'processing order' status. I placed 2 orders and I only received a confirmation email for 1... where is the other email? Also they charged me but yet they cancelled my order soon after sending me 1 confirmation email. It's not making sense, either refund me or send me the product. I will NOT be ordering from this place again!
This company is a scam. I had the same experience as others- ordered pillows on July 1 and haven't received them and its now Aug 22.
