I'm fairly new to the Holland area and I am often driving through your parking lot to get to shops, movie theatre and last summer to Dutch Village. I am appalled at the bad condition of the parking lot entry way off of James street. Monday there were workers patching potholes which is pathetic because it is in such bad condition it's an embarrassment to the city. Big turn off to tourists I'm sure. The filling in potholes is still an eyesore. Need to completely pave over it.

Laura- We are fairly new to the Holland area as well and took over the center in the middle of winter. It will take a little time to fix some of the mistakes of previous management. The parking lot repairs are a process and the fist step is to fix the potholes. Like you, we are appalled at the 2 star review, but look forward to your continued patronage and giving you a 5 start experience in the near future!

A quaint, well maintained group of mostly local small businesses. There's a renewed buzz and the energy is palpable. Come rediscover the new Holland Town Center!
