Holland Street Vet was not our usual vet but we felt our vet was missing something on our 11 year old German Shepherd. He was deteriorating before our eyes Holland Street found out what was wrong with him immediately. My Vet missed a huge splenic tumour that was suffocating his internal organs. Very welcoming. Great doctor and tech; both very caring and attentive. The clinic is privately owned - not one of those corporate run nightmares.
I can’t say enough amazing things about this vet office. Every single visit, they go above and beyond for my fur babies. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring and you can tell they truly love what they do. They take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, never rush appointments, and treat my pets like their own.
We are new clients to Holland Street Vet and Dr. Michelle and her team were very friendly and professional and great with our fur babies!
I’ve spent over $2,000 at this clinic, and still the communication and care have been extremely disappointing during my kitten’s serious illness. Responses were consistently slow and dismissive, even when I clearly described urgent symptoms. One morning I texted early asking for anti-nausea support because my kitten had vomited and was too weak to eat.
