I’ve spent over $2,000 at this clinic, and still the communication and care have been extremely disappointing during my kitten’s serious illness. Responses were consistently slow and dismissive, even when I clearly described urgent symptoms. One morning I texted early asking for anti-nausea support because my kitten had vomited and was too weak to eat. Our visit is always more than just a pet check-up. It feels like a little family reunion with all the love, cuddles and treats Eduardo gets. Thank you to everyone who makes this possible!
Very friendly staff, made us feel welcomed, was great with our kitten and gave us the necessary information needed. They’re also very convenient with communication, they can call, email and text - whichever you prefer. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a first time vet visit!
