This was my very first visit to this particular plastic surgeon. The staff is cordial, not overly friendly. Dr. Holland was very professional, confident but quite detached. She never used my first name as in “good morning Suzanne how are you today”? It was all about business, which I, guess is what you pay her for. One thing that could be done differently is under the operating room lights, I think an eye mask should have been offered.
