Dr Karen Shepherd, my doctor at this practice, is exceptional. She is thorough, a delight to communicate with, really knows her practice (and medical networks for optimal referrals), who has given me consistently great health support. Dr Diaz, another doctor I see at the practice is also excellent. He is thoughtful, thorough, a great communicator, and nothing is too much trouble for him I seriously do not understand the ratings for this practice in light of our family's highly satisfied experience. I am so deeply grateful for the exceptional service and support we received from all staff at this practice. The front desk reception supported us with fast response in an emergency - and the amazing kindness of nurse Samantha and the Doctors on staff are exceptional. With patience, kindness and thorough care we were guided through our medical situation in a way that brought ease and calm. Thank you Doctor Shepherd and all medical staff who support people in need - your work is incredibly valuable.
Have to send a HUGE shout out of thanks to this practice . Dr Brandon Do saw my mother recently...she is visiting from overseas , so she is not a regular client . Dr Do was extremely professional in his manner and was delightful to my elderly Mum . He was caring , thorough and recommended appropriate investigations and treatment . Our grateful thanks .
