Ever since Newtown Medical Group merged into Holland medical associates the staff is rude and uncooperative. I called one day to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful I chose to go to urgent care rather than make an appointment with them. A few months later I tried again, this time with a much more important issue and I was told that I couldn't get an appointment for a month out even though I explained that I had issues to discuss that couldn't wait.
