If your goal is to lose, then this is the lawyer for you. His office is a complete mess, and the staff is highly disorganized. During my time working with him, he switched paralegals three times, and it was clear that his team didn't stick around for long. It felt like they were just as lost as his clients. Mr Holland took my case and my retainer and dropped off the face of the earth. I’ve called, emailed and messaged through client portal repeatedly with no result. This has dragged on for close to two years. I’ve moved on to filing a complaint with the SC Bar because I can’t get anywhere with him, and he has my money. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
